Sunset Yoga at Rockwood Hall

Tickets available 7/15 at 9am. Relieve stress and explore the connection between breath and movement with instructor Shivani Singh as the sun sets over the Hudson with views of the bridge and NYC in the distance. Appropriate for all levels of experience, ages 18+. This class takes place near the old foundation of Rockwood Hall, please allow for 10 minutes to walk to the yoga location after parking.
