(Drones) Unmanned Aircraft Systems
In Niagara Falls State Park, (per FAA rule 14 CFR 93 Sub E), there is a flight restriction in the vicinity of Niagara Falls State Park that amounts to a No Fly Zone. All flights below 3,500 feet are restricted, Therefore, UAS are prohibited in Niagara Falls State Park. No permit will be issued.

The attractions at Niagara Falls State Park get you closer than you ever imagined to the all three of the powerful Falls - the American Falls, the Bridal Veil Falls and the Horseshoe Falls.

Don't miss these popular destinations and attractions within or near the park:

• Cave of the Winds and the "World Changed Here" Pavilion- Prepare to get absolutely soaked (or you can just observe and stay drier!) in the best way possible! The Cave of the Winds brings you up close and personal with the mighty American and Bridal Veil Falls where you will feel the mist on your face and the earth rattle below your feet! This is nature at full volume! Before heading down though, learn more about how the park came to be and how the world was changed because of Niagara Falls! 

  And in the winter, bundle up and take in the breathtaking Frozen Falls. Both attractions are open in the winter. 

  (In the summer, we provide ponchos and recommend sturdy footwear that can get wet! In the winter, just bundle up! )

• Maid of the Mist - This world famous boat journey departs from the base of the Observation Tower at Prospect Point for a roundtrip into the churning waters of the American and Horseshoe Falls.

• Whirlpool and Devils Hole- Niagara Falls may be a showstopper, but the magic really happens after the water plunges over the brink!  Explore the natural beauty of the park and the Niagara Gorge on over 5 miles of walking and hiking trails at all levels of difficulty - from leisurely strolls to heart rate increasing hikes into the bottom of the Gorge! And if you love fishing, birding (this area is an Audubon Important Bird Area!), biking, picnicking, photography, or just enjoying beautiful scenery you will want to make time explore more!
• Aquarium of Niagara and Great Lakes 360 - Located just beyond the Rainbow Bridge at the north end of the park, this family favorite is home to more than 1,500 aquatic animals that represent ecosystems ranging from the Great Lakes to coral reefs. 
• Underground Railroad Heritage Center- Standing on the border of freedom, Niagara Falls was one of the most important points on the Underground Railroad. For some people of African descent, it was home and a safe place to work and live. For others, the city was a crossing point over the last barrier to freedom – the Niagara River. The Heritage Center hosts year around events to pay recognition to and to honor the stories of freedom seekers and others who have pushed the boundaries of freedom.

Pavilion Information
Niagara Falls has one pavilion available. The day use price is $160 and can accommodate up to 60 people. Check availability at ReserveAmerica.com. 

Pet Policy: A maximum of two pets are allowed in day use areas unless prohibited by sign or directive. Pets are to be supervised at all times and either be crated or on a leash not more than 6-feet in length. Proof of rabies inoculation shall be produced if requested by staff. Pets are not permitted in playgrounds, buildings, golf courses, boardwalks, pools and spray-grounds or guarded beaches (this does not apply to service animals).
