Fees & Rates

Most New York State Parks charge a vehicle use fee to enter the facility. Fees vary by location and season. A list of entry fees and other park use fees is available below. For fees not listed or to verify information, please contact the park directly.

The easy-to-use Empire Pass card is $80- and your key to all-season enjoyment with unlimited day-use entry at most facilities operated by State Parks and the State Dept. of Environmental Conservation including forests, beaches, trails and more. • Guided Kayaking Experiences
• If you have been wanting to dip your toe into the wonderful world of kayaking, here is your chance! The Saunders Finger Lakes Museum is partnering with Keuka Lake State Park to give you the opportunity to go for a summer paddle. SFLM kayak instructors and licensed guides will be on hand to teach you the basics of paddling, and take you out on a guided tour in Keuka Lake. If you have paddled before and don't need much instruction, that's great, too! We'll get you out on the water so you can experience that joy, without having to buy or haul your own boat!

Attention Hunters: Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (i.e., "bird flu") has recently been detected in New York State in a variety of waterfowl species. Although the NYS Department of Health (NYSDOH) has stated that avian influenza rarely spreads to humans, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) is encouraging hunters to take extra precautions while processing harvested waterfowl. 2026-27 Hunting Schedule for Keuka Lake State Park. Please reference the NYS DEC Hunting and Trapping Guide for current dates and rules.

• Deer Hunting (archery, cross bow & muzzleloading):
• Turkey Hunting (spring only): Will be open on park property South of Hill Road only. Hunters will be asked to stay on park property, and to follow all DEC rules and regulations while hunting spring turkey.
• Small Game Duck hunting is permitted in late season only. Hunters may hunt from shore but only between the high water mark and lake, and must follow all DEC rules and regulations. Permit holders will also be allowed to hunt from a boat.
• Permits: Hunters must carry a NYSOPRHP Self-Issue Hunting Permit on them at all times.
• No person shall hunt in an area of a park that is posted or otherwise identified as a "Restricted Area." Maintain proper distance from playgrounds. Do not discharge within 500 feet for a firearm, 250 feet for a crossbow or 150 feet for a bow. Hunting in the campground area is prohibited.
• Tree Stands: Portable tree stands are only allowed if owners name, address and phone number is attached to stand. Stands cannot be put out until after Labor Day andMust be removed no later than January 15. Cutting, placing nails or screws into, or otherwise damaging trees or other vegetation is prohibited.

A valid New York State hunting license with the proper hunting stamps will serve as the regional hunting permit. Except where otherwise stated, this is the only permit necessary.

Safety zones and restricted areas are posted to ensure the safety of other park patrons and regional personnel. Signs will be posted at all parks during hunting season to notify patrons of this activity. Handguns will not be permitted in any of the parks. No trapping is allowed.
