Member Event: Curator Tour of Frederic Church- Global Artist

Join us for this exclusive member-only tour of Frederic Church: Global Artist, the flagship exhibition of this year's bicentennial celebration of Church's birth, led by The Olana Partnership's Associate Curator Maggie Dimock. Featuring works inspired by Church's travels across the Americas, the Middle East, and the North Atlantic, Frederic Church: Global Artist reveals how his encounters with diverse environments shaped a visual language that was at once American, scientific, and cosmopolitan. Maggie Dimock is Associate Curator with The Olana Partnership and oversees exhibition and collections programs and research at Olana State Historic Site in collaboration with the collections team at New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. She holds an MA in History of Decorative Art from the Corcoran College of Art + Design in association with The Smithsonian Associates. This is an exclusive member event.
