Junior Naturalists at Sam’s Point: Nature Journaling

Join Alexa Howe and Jenna Toro, Student Conservation Association/AmeriCorps Environmental Educators, for a workshop where we will make our own nature journals. After completing our nature journals, we will go on a 1-mile hike up to Sam's Point. Along the way we will stop to document anything that catches our eye and inspires curiosity in nature! This program is recommended for children between the ages of seven to twelve years old, accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18. Well-behaved younger siblings are always welcome. Meet at the Sam's Point Visitor Center. Pre-registration is required by signing up via Eventbrite. Parking reservations for Sam's Point are required. You can reserve a parking spot through Reserve America New York.
